Notaries Public

This section is responsible for processing statewide notary public applications and issuing Apostilles under the Hague Convention.  It is part of the Business Services Division.  The notary section carries out this function under the authority granted to it by Mississippi Code Annotated, section 25-33-1 et seq. (1972), as amended.
